We are a family-owned food truck devoted to sharing the rich tastes and culture of El Salvador. What is a pupusa you ask??

Pupusas are a traditional salvadorean dish. A thick corn shell tortilla stuffed with your choice of filling. Accompanied with a pickled slaw and salsa. 

Our business started with our dear mother, who was born and raised in El Salvador. As a single mother of 3 she always found ways to make extra money. Selling Pupusas was one of them and the orders never stopped. She instilled in us the value of hard work. And of course her delicious recipe and technique. As we got older we made it our dream to spread as much of our culture and our mother’s delicious recipe to as many people as possible. In 2023, everything aligned just right. We are proud to be the only Pupuseria on wheels in the corridor! Every single one of you is more than just a customer, we are family. We appreciate all your love and support.
